This Privacy Policy details when and why we collect any personal information, and how we use it. It was last updated on 10th April, 2025. We add detail on the storage of CVs and Portfolios, removed references to cookies, and updated our contact address.

We are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of our clients, collaborators and visitors to our website. We will not pass on or sell your details to any other company for marketing purposes. In delivering a project for you, it may be necessary to share your contact details with another consultant, contractor or supplier. We’ll confirm and agree this with you beforehand.

Data we collect

If you contact us, we’ll store the contact details that you give us in order to provide our services, a proposal for future services, or to respond to your enquiry. Where we undertake a project for you, we’ll store relevant personal details (for example your email address, postal address and phone number) electronically for 12 years from the completion of that service. If you have contacted us about a project that is not pursued or if you have sent us your details when looking for a job at Reed Watts, we’ll store your contact details for up to three years before deleting them.

If you have sent us your CV or Portfolio in relation to potential employment, we may store your details for up to 2 years in order to contact you should an opportunity arise.

Access to your personal information

We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
